As soon as a property pops up that fits your criteria, we will visit it together - in-person or on a video call. I’ll point out property pluses and minuses, features, location, and possibilities. If the property isn’t right for you, I’ll let you know. And we’ll continue our search!
When we find the right property and are ready to make an offer, I’ll draw up a contract that blends your needs, terms, and price cap with the seller’s goals. I only have experience in a highly competitive real estate market, so you can count on me to close a deal.
We’ll be in touch often through the escrow and closing process. I’ll help you assemble a team of trusted professionals, including attorneys, land-use planners, architects, designers, and contractors. Together, we’ll guide you through closing and begin planning for the future.
Once we close and the celebration ends, I am here to help you settle into the Roaring Fork Valley. I am always available to answer questions, help you find a handyman or cleaning service, or point you to the best fly-fishing spots. I’ll check in often as well, and we’ll keep the conversation going.
